Where is my Order?
- This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
- As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Processing and Shipping Times:
- Printed on Demand Items: Certain items in our collection are printed on demand to ensure the highest quality and uniqueness. These items will undergo a processing time of 3-10 business days from the date of order placement before they are shipped.
- Non-Printed on Demand Items: Items that are not printed on demand will typically be processed within 1-2 business days.
Please note that during peak seasons, such as holidays or special promotions, processing times might be slightly extended. Rest assured, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.
How can I track my order?
- When you receive the shipping confirmation email, you will also receive a tracking number. Usually, you’re able to click on the tracking number itself and will be brought to the carrier's tracking page.
- We also recommend using Parcelsapp.com to track orders.
My order has shipped but I don’t see any updates.
- Tracking will usually update within 24-48 hours after the tracking number is created.
- For international orders, the originating carrier may hand the package to the local postal service which will be in charge of delivery. In these instances, the local postal service may or may not update the tracking. We recommend reaching out to your local post office with the tracking number to get a better idea of where your package is.
My item arrived damaged - what should I do?
- We’re happy to handle this for you! Please reply to any of the order emails you received and let us know what the problem is. Please take a picture or video of the damage and include it in your email. It helps us get replacements sent out faster!
What is your return/exchange policy?
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, in accordance with our 30-day return policy. More information can be found HERE
