Formula Fanatics F1 Grand Prix Prediction Contest Rules

1. Eligibility: This contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Formula Fanatics, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter: Participants must predict the winner of the specified F1 Grand Prix on FormulaFanatics.com, or entry collection page, before the contest deadline. No purchase necessary. Making a purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

3. Entry Deadline: All entries must be submitted by 11:59AM EST prior to the Grand Prix Race date. Late entries will not be considered.

4. Winner Selection: Entrants who correctly predict the Grand Prix winner will be added to a pool. One winner will be randomly selected from this pool within two days of the race's conclusion.

5. Prize: The winner will receive a $75 gift card to Formula Fanatics. The prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted.

6. Notification: The winner will be notified via email within two days of the selection. If the winner does not respond within five days of notification, an alternate winner will be chosen.

7. Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Formula Fanatics, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any damages or liability arising from their participation in the contest or their acceptance and use of the prize.

8. General Conditions: Formula Fanatics reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest should any unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the contest.

9. Data Use: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Formula Fanatics website.

10. Disputes: This contest is governed by the laws of the United States without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
